Initially established in 2015 under the name JAP SINURAT LAW OFFICE, initiated by an attorney named Johannes A. Purnama Sinurat.

Since First High School his lovely mother attend him as assistant to handle his mother property company in the field.

Comes from chatolic religius family, he completely educated under the God's Law as a highest temple of law.

 Prior to attending law school, the man commonly referred to as "Annes" by his family spent several years living in Brussels, Belgium, legal support and accompanying his sister, Dinar Henrika Sinurat, who was then working as an Indonesian Diplomat to Belgium with last position Director of Trade, Industry, Investment and Intellectual Property Rights Directorate General of Multilateral Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.

During his time in Belgium, Mr. JAP Sinurat utilized his spare time by taking French language courses and actively participating in the activities of the Indonesian Youth Association in Europe and passed the exam to joint ULB University. he really dream to joint in Leiden University before, but there is no financial support he decided to return to Indonesia.

Due to his sister's significant influence regarding matters related to investment, Mr. JAP Sinurat as a teenager, began to develop an interest in Investment Law to support his sister.

He then solidified his aspirations to become a lawyer focusing on investment law and capital market investment, that's why he create a thesis in Master degree with the title " Judicial Review on Foreign Investors Intending to Purchase Majority Shares in Portfolio Investment Through Capital Markets (from the perspective of Law No.8/1995 about Capital Markets and Law Number 25/2007 about Investment)".

The first step he took at that time was to return to Indonesia to study at Parahyangan Catholic University, majoring in Law, to obtain a Bachelor's degree. Not stopping there, he later pursued his Master's degree at the University of Indonesia in the field of Economic Law.

After successfully obtaining two academic degrees, Annes began actively handling several companies with dignity and integrity dedicated such as WMP, ABH Medicolegal, MAP, Graha Karya Informasi, Carsurin, PWC, the second hand to handle legal support of Mr. Raja Sapta Sermando (his brother in arms and Indonesian warriors purely) with many relation local warriors from chinese, japan, and australian, eventually opened his law office in 2015.

He is also externals partner in RH Consulting to serving chinese investors clients.

With his proficiency in English and French, Mr. JAP Sinurat is able to focus to attract and serve foreign clients. His swift legal handling style with satisfying results has provided Mr. JAP Sinurat with more opportunities to expand his network in Indonesia, USA, Europe, Australia, Arab, China, East Europe, Russia, Turkey, and Nigeria. 

he is also have education training about Legal Settlement disputes from ICSID/UNCTAD, Legal Expertise for HIPPINDO, member of Aspermigas (Asosiasi Perusahaan Miyak dan Gas), Gold Member of Rotary Club, member of HKTI (Himpunan Kerukunan Tani Indonesia) and many several local and international organization to explore his strong relation.

he ever research in the field to have good relation with many Indonesia Political Party to make Indonesian move forward in 2013-2019.

With all experience above finally he understand how to serving clients with better way and strong vision and mission completely based on legal literatures and legal fields of investment with big screen eyes and atmosphere spectrum strategy.
